Bishop Stephen D. and Diana Hobbs

Pastor Stephen Hobbs and his wife Diana have served as Lead Pastors of the Berea Church of God since September 1st, 1992.

The Hobbs have been in pastoral ministry since February 1 1980. They are originally from Louisville Kentucky. They have two adult children and four grandchildren. Their children are active in ministry at the Berea Church of God.

Pastor Hobbs is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God. He has served the Church of God as a pastor, evangelist, and a District Overseer. He has also served on numerous Elected Boards and appointed Committees. He has served on the Kentucky Church of God State Council, the Kentucky Church of God State Youth and Christian Education Board and the Kentucky Church of God State Church Planting Board.

Pastor Hobbs is a graduate of the Pentecostal Theological Seminary in Cleveland Tennessee and has a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministry, with an emphasis in Pastoral Ministry.

Pastor Hobbs has a deep love for people. He’s naturally optimistic and upbeat. He loves a good laugh and making others laugh, at least he tries to make others laugh.
